The Immortals Trilogy
BOX SET (Three books)
The Calling Tree, The Conduit and The Agreement
The Immortality Trilogy is three separate books. At it's heart, its a story about the immortal descendants of Noah, Angels and even a few Demons. Thousands of years of alliances and under the table deals between the Almighty and his Angels come full circle as the three books move along to a thrilling denuma.
BOOK 1: THE CALLING TREE: A TALE OF IMMORTALITY
Immortality comes in several packages. Biological Immortality is defined as the absence of aging. This sounds nice doesn't it? Living forever without getting sick or acquiring a wrinkle. On the surface maybe, but it makes no guarantees on the subject of getting hit by a bus.
Another popular option is the Greek philosophical view of the immortal soul. This option compensates for the bus with regenerative powers often associated with the Gods, or Angels.
The Calling Tree follows both types as they cross paths with each other and a third creature, the Short-Timers. This final group being made up of you and me, simple mortals. It wouldn't be much of a story without us would it?
BOOK 2: THE CONDUIT: A TALE OF RESURRECTION
For Edward immortality has been very lonely of late. After several decades in hiding, he’s surfaced to find scarcely any of his kind left. Most importantly, his beloved Beatrix would appear to have succumbed to the sands of time. Curious to learn what might have befallen her, he stalks the last two immortals, Arron and his daughter Jennifer, in hopes of learning her fate.
Things are about to get a lot less lonely for dear old Edward. He’s stumbled into a battleground between light and darkness. While this particular war has been going on since before the biblical flood, Edward will have to sort out the puzzle quickly, or join his friends in the afterlife. On that subject, Arron’s daughter may have a few ideas of her own. It would seem Jennifer Faust is convinced that the gates of Hell have a revolving door, not a padlock.
BOOK 3: THE AGREEMENT: A TALE OF THE RAPTURE
The gang reunites and strikes a bargain with Gabriel to travel to Hades to retrieve his fallen angel. All this must occur before the trumpets blare or the Agreement is considered null and void. It makes sense after all, the Rapture is the end.
